SenseOn achieves 98.7% detection rate in Malware Protection Test and 0 false positives in AV-Comparatives Business Security Report

SenseOn is delighted to have achieved over 98.7% detection rate in the Malware Protection Test and 0 false positive alerts in the Real-World Protection Test, reveals the latest AV-Comparatives Business Security Report.

Such a high protection rate can help provide security professionals with reassurance and peace of mind in their endpoint protection capabilities, and help to reduce their organisation’s risk exposure, optimise their internal resources and enhance their incident response playbooks. 

The Latest Testing Results from AV-Comparatives

In the most recent Business Security Test 2024 March – June edition, SenseOn participated alongside other leading industry platforms.

The latest testing results, published on the 15th July 2024 shared the following about SenseOn’s platform after rigorous testing.

In the Real-World Protection Test, a test set consisting of 490 test cases (such as malicious URLs) was utilised. These test cases mirror the infection vectors encountered in typical daily user experiences.

The SenseOn platform was able to block 470 of these 490 threats, providing a protection rate of 95.9%. The platform also produced 0 false positives for the duration of this testing, outperforming other participants including Crowdstrike, Trellix, Sophos and Bitdefender.

Finally, within the performance tests completed as part of the assessment, SenseOn secured a score of 91.8, outperforming other test participants including Crowdstrike, Sophos and CISCO.
